BOSS 360 CREATIVE PVT LTD (“we”) runs this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Bookings: buyer name, email and mobile number; the name and email of each attendee you add.
• Enquiries: name, email, mobile number, role/company, experience level, preferred slot and your message.
• Payments: processed by Razorpay. We receive a payment ID and status; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Technical data: your IP address, used briefly to prevent abuse (rate limiting).

How we use it

• To confirm your booking, send the Google Meet link and reminders, and handle refunds
• To reply to your enquiry
• To keep accounting and tax records as the law requires

We don't sell your data or send marketing email without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run this service: Razorpay (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Google (Gmail, Google Sheets and Google Meet). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records: 8 years, for accounting. Enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact with you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing our enquiry form. We reply within 30 days.
