These terms apply when you use this website or book a course from BOSS 360 CREATIVE PVT LTD (“BOSS 360”, “we”), . By booking, you agree to them.

The courses

• The Agentic AI Fast Track and AI-Native SDLC courses are live, online, demo-led sessions of about 3.5 hours on Google Meet. The instructor demonstrates; attendees watch and ask questions.
• Each batch is limited to 20 seats. A seat is for one named person and can't be shared.
• The agenda is a guide. We may adjust the order or timing of topics on the day.
• Recordings are not included unless we say otherwise in writing.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and are the final amount payable. No GST is added.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your booking is confirmed only when we receive the payment and send you a confirmation email.
• Seats are held for 10 minutes during checkout and released if payment isn't completed.

Cancellations and refunds

Conduct

Please be respectful in sessions. We may remove anyone who disrupts a session or shares the Meet link with people who haven't booked, without a refund.

Course content

Slides, code and other materials shown or shared are for your personal learning. You may not resell or republish them without our written permission.

Liability

The courses are educational. We aren't liable for decisions you make based on them, or for interruptions caused by internet or third-party platform outages. If we can't deliver a session, our liability is limited to refunding what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
